Is it really free?
Yes. The periochart on this page is completely free and unlimited — no ads, no hidden costs, no account and nothing to install, and nothing you enter here is saved or sold unless you ask us to send it somewhere. If you want to keep your charts, a free account stores up to 5 patients permanently, with unlimited charts each, progression over time and PDF export, and no card is required.
Do I need to install anything?
No installation required - it runs directly in your browser. All modern browsers are supported. This means automatic updates, works on any device (desktop, tablet, mobile), and no storage space needed on your computer.
Which languages are supported?
Available in 10 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Thai and Traditional Chinese. You can switch languages instantly for your team and your patients.

Data & Security

Can I save patient data?
Nothing is kept on this page unless you ask for it — the free tool runs entirely in your browser. You can export a chart as JSON and load it back later; you can also share one with a colleague or have us email you a link to it, and either of those uploads that single chart and nothing else. With a free account you keep up to 5 patients permanently, with unlimited charts each, progression over time and PDF export, and no card is required.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Nothing you chart on this page leaves your device unless you send it: it stays in the page while the tab is open, and it reaches our servers only when you share a chart with a colleague or ask us to email you a link to it. If you do, your address is used for that alone unless you tick the optional box. Otherwise nothing is stored, so reloading the page or closing the tab clears the chart. Export a PDF, or create a free account, to keep your work.
