- Is it really free?
- Yes, completely free with unlimited use. There are no ads, no hidden costs, and no patient limits. We don't save or sell your information - your privacy is protected.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No installation required - it runs directly in your browser. All modern browsers are supported. This means automatic updates, works on any device (desktop, tablet, mobile), and no storage space needed on your computer.
- Which languages are supported?
- Available in 13 languages including English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Hungarian, Turkish, Thai, and Chinese. You can switch languages instantly for your team and patients.
Data & Security
- Can I save patient data?
- Currently, data is stored temporarily in your browser. You can export charts in JSON format to save and re-upload later. With the upcoming Zermmi Perio Pro, practitioners and patients will be able to track periodontal evolution over time with permanent cloud storage.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes, your data is secure. It's stored locally in your browser's memory, and nothing is transmitted to or saved on our servers. When you close the browser or clear browser data, the chart information is deleted. For permanent storage, export your charts before closing.
- Where can I learn shortcuts?
- Learn to use the periochart efficiently through multiple resources: watch our 90-second YouTube demo for a quick overview, access the built-in Help section directly in the periochart tool for shortcuts and tips, or explore the interface - it's designed to be intuitive.
