Zermmi includes four pre-configured roles: Dentist (full clinical access), Hygienist (clinical access for hygiene procedures), Admin (administrative and billing access), and Assistant (limited clinical and scheduling access). Each role has sensible default permissions that you can customize.
Can I create custom roles?
Yes, you can create unlimited custom roles tailored to your practice's specific needs. Common custom roles include Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator, Lab Technician, or Regional Manager for multi-location practices.
How do permissions work?
