Helping dentists run their practice.
We’re on a mission to automate the parts of running a dental practice that no one actually signed up for.
Our mission
At Zermmi, we’re building the most intelligent, effortless practice management system the dental industry has ever seen. Our mission is to eliminate the administrative drag — from follow-ups and recalls to compliance and coordination — so dentists can focus on patients, not paperwork.
Zermmi is your behind-the-scenes assistant: quiet, precise, and tireless. It remembers which patient canceled, drafts the reminder you didn’t have time to send, flags medical risks before they become legal ones, and keeps your documentation as crisp as your clinical work. We believe great dentistry deserves great systems. Ones that stay out of your way, elevate your work, and adapt to your practice — not the other way around. With Zermmi, the invisible work gets done — beautifully, and in the background.

Meet the team
Built by a team that actually knows the chair.
Zermmi was founded by a hygienist and a technologist — one with hands-on clinical experience across Europe, and one obsessed with automating everything dentists shouldn’t have to touch.
Zermmi began as a conversation between Laura, a dental hygienist who’s worked across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Switzerland, and Othmane, a Swiss-born technologist with a background in finance and automation. After years of seeing dentists overwhelmed by the same tedious, repetitive tasks — from endless follow-ups to rigid software systems — they asked a simple question: Why isn’t this running itself by now?
Laura brings deep clinical insight and a relentless curiosity to improve how care is delivered.
Othmane brings structure, automation, and an insistence that software should serve the people who use it — not the other way around.
Together, they’re building Zermmi: a dental CRM that reflects the precision of Swiss engineering, the humanity of great care, and the calm of a truly well-run practice.
They’re based in Geneva — and always happy to talk.
